Is Go the Distance a waterproof mascara?

Go the Distance is a super water-resistant formula that will hold all day without smudging, flaking, or running (even through sweaty gym time!). Its unique tubing formula means that it won’t run through a teary-eyed cry sesh either, but will still be easy to remove when you’re ready to wash away the day. Waterproof mascaras often contain ingredients that can irritate sensitive eyes.

How do I remove Go the Distance Mascara?

Because of our unique tubing formula, to remove this mascara, simply rinse off with warm water or your favorite makeup-removing cleanser. You can use just your fingers, a damp washcloth, or cotton pads, too. The mascara will slide off each lash in little "tubes." That was easy, right?

Is Go the Distance Mascara safe for sensitive eyes?

Yes! Not only is this mascara Ophthalmologist-tested, safe for sensitive eyes, and safe for contact lens wearers, we actually designed it to be safe for super sensitive eyes (just ask our founder, Leila). It is a really clean mascara, and I guess it just depends what you’re looking for. Compared to my Thrive mascara, the Alleyoop makes my eyelashes just as long, however, they do not get this length in height, meaning you’d only see it from a side profile. I also noticed that after several hours of wear it fades a bit more and becomes less bold. I think this product is GREAT for a more natural “no makeup” look, so if you’re into that, give it a go for sure!

I think I love it??

I think I love this. I wish it made my lashes look a little fuller and longer, but it’s definitely not clumpy or flaky which I love. Washes off so well! I haven’t already moved on to something else, so that’s a pretty good sign!
