Information Collected

PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you place an order through meetalleyoop.com for products, services, or a Subscription, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card information, and certain other personally identifiable information about yourself ("Personal Information"). We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you visit the Site unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily.

NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

ORDER PROCESSING

We use Personal Information to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are used to contact you regarding your order. In addition, when you respond to a contest, survey, questionnaire, sweepstakes or other promotional feature, we may ask you for your name, address and email address or other Personal Information. SWEEPSTAKES

If you submit your email address to be added to a mailing list or sweepstakes or other promotion, we will use the email address for the purpose of sending you announcements, special offers from Alleyoop and its promotional partners along with Site updates. Each email we send will contain information on how to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

REFERRALS

If you elect to use our referral services for informing a friend about our Site we will ask you for the friend's name and email address. Alleyoop will automatically send the friend an initial email inviting them to visit or transact with the Site. Alleyoop may also send additional emails reminding your friend that you referred them. Additionally, you may send additional "reminders" to your friend to remind them to sign up. Alleyoop and/or our third-party partners store this information for the sole purpose of sending these referral emails and tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact Alleyoop to request the removal of this information from our database and to stop receiving reminders.

Use of Cookies

Our Site may pass a "cookie" (a string of information that is sent by a web site to be resident on your system's hard drive, and/or temporarily in your computer's memory blocks). The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a particular page. The NewAlley Innovations, Inc mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by NewAlley Innovations, Inc (“Alleyoop”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Alleyoop’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Alleyoop through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Alleyoop. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
