Alleyoop, Inc. (“Alleyoop”, “we” or “us”), the operator of the www.meetalleyoop.com site (the “Site”), is committed to preserving the privacy of those who visit and interact with the Site. Information Collected

PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you place an order through meetalleyoop.com for products, services, or a Subscription, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card information, and certain other personally identifiable information about yourself ("Personal Information"). We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you visit the Site unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily.

NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

In addition, we may also collect non-personally identifiable information, such as IP host address, pages viewed, browser type, duration and frequency of visits, and other data. We may collect this information from your activity on the Site, including information about time spent on particular pages, sections of the Site you visit, and other usage data, or from cookies (as described in more detail below).

ORDER PROCESSING

We use Personal Information to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are used to contact you regarding your order. In addition, when you respond to a contest, survey, questionnaire, sweepstakes or other promotional feature, we may ask you for your name, address and email address or other Personal Information. We do not collect any Personal Information about you unless it is voluntarily provided by you.

All Transactions are processed by our third-party payment vendors. We do not collect, store, or maintain any billing information. Instead, it is collected and processed through these third-party vendors pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use.

ENHANCED AND PERSONALIZED SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

We also use Personal Information in order to give you a more enjoyable convenient shopping experience and to help us identify and/or provide information, products or services that may be of interest to you. CHANGE OF CONTROL

Please also note that we do reserve the right to transfer your Personal Information and other information as an asset in connection with a proposed or actual merger or sale (including any transfers made as part of an insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding) involving all or part of our business or as part of a corporate reorganization, stock sale or other change in control.

AGGREGATE INFORMATION

SWEEPSTAKES

If you submit your email address to be added to a mailing list or sweepstakes or other promotion, we will use the email address for the purpose of sending you announcements, special offers from Alleyoop and its promotional partners along with Site updates. Each email we send will contain information on how to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

REFERRALS

If you elect to use our referral services for informing a friend about our Site we will ask you for the friend's name and email address. Alleyoop will automatically send the friend an initial email inviting them to visit or transact with the Site. Alleyoop may also send additional emails reminding your friend that you referred them. Additionally, you may send additional "reminders" to your friend to remind them to sign up. Alleyoop and/or our third-party partners store this information for the sole purpose of sending these referral emails and tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact Alleyoop to request the removal of this information from our database and to stop receiving reminders.

Use of Cookies

Our Site may pass a "cookie" (a string of information that is sent by a web site to be resident on your system's hard drive, and/or temporarily in your computer's memory blocks). The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a particular page. However, Alleyoop will not be liable for disclosures of your information, including Personal Information, due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. We have undertaken commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to data retained in our servers, however, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, Alleyoop cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or any information provided online, and you do so at your own risk. Users must accept all risks associated with any data transmission, including the risk that their Personal Information may be intercepted in transit.

Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information and Preferences

The Alleyoop mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Alleyoop (“Alleyoop”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Alleyoop’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Alleyoop through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Alleyoop. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449494674 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Alleyoop mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
