We offer free and easy returns within 90 days of every order. We process refunds to your original form of payment, and will cover the cost of your return shipment. To start a return, just email us athelp@meetalleyoop.comand we’ll take care of you!

Shipping is free on all orders over $60, otherwise we have a standard shipping fee of $5.95. Orders with subscription products are always shipped free!

Please note the free shipping minimum is calculated after any discount codes, credits or gift cards are applied to the cart subtotal.
