We currently ship to all 50 states in the US, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. If you’re somewhere else in the world, tag us @meetalleyoop and let us know where you’d love for us to meet you. We ship all E-commerce orders via USPS.
Shipping is free on all orders over $40, otherwise we have a standard shipping fee of $5.95. When you subscribe to a product you love, all future subscription shipments are shipped for free. The free shipping minimum is calculated after any discount codes, credits or gift cards are applied to the cart subtotal. We also offer Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) for 12.00.
Once you place your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. When it does, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package goes out for delivery. If you don’t see that email, let us know at help@meetalleyoop.com.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) as well as Paypal, Amazon Pay, and of course, our gift cards. Occasionally we also take Hershey’s chocolate bars as a form of payment.

You only get charged when we are ready to ship your subscription item(s).

We want you to love your new products, so we accept returns within 30 days of your order. We will refund to your original form of payment (minus any shipping charges you may have had). We'll also cover the cost of the return shipment. To start a return, email us at help@meetalleyoop.com. It’s that easy.
Depending on your bank, your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Our products are great for all skin types (we’ve tested them on a range of different skin tones and types).
